Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. Shooting to fame for his work in Road Trip he has since been featured in more than 20 feature films including The New Guy Hustle & Flow as well as The Core. He has also appeared in over 22 TV shows like Breaking Bad Supernatural Scrubs Lost Law & Order and many more. Qualls is fighting Hodgkin's lymphoma since the age of 14 old. After two years of treatment, the cancer has gone into Remission. Treatment at a young stage had a negative effect on his body. This impeded his growth. Security in the financial realm was his primary objective once he began because he had experienced poverty throughout his life. I've been living so cheaply over the years that I need the financial stability or the world feels uncontrollable for me when he spoke to an interviewer. He looks back on his youth and feels the desire to act against bullies. Cruelty breaks my heart DJ claims. DJ's ideal role is to be a father in reel, as well as in reality. However, he does admit that directors don't usually cast him for those types of roles. Someday he would love to become a father and be able to spend more time to his work and more to his child.
