Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. She started participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after quitting gymnastics in her youth. Her Pro Card was granted a year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows at the age of 16. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later and was 17. So becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her university education. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up her previous place of competing in top competitions including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance and set herself new goals each year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card to get her college diploma. In October of 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She placed 3rd in the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she did not have any expectations. Her satisfaction was high about her position. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time in the most efficient way is possible. She does this by super setting all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week one day being light weight day as well as the second heavy weight day.
